The Payology Mobile Check Capture app gives Salesforce field agents or end-customers the ability to snap cashier's checks, money orders, personal and business checks on any mobile device and instantly apply them directly to Salesforce receivable records (i.e. invoices, financial accounts, assets, gifting types, etc.). Once uploaded, checks will be directly deposited to their financial institution for same-day posting, next-day funding.
The Payology Mobile Check Capture solution can be utilized to reduce Accounts Receivable processing time, increase cash flow, and eliminate centralized check scanning operations.
There are multiple check capturing options with Payology Mobile Check Capture. Clients can accept checks with any device that can access a browser using the Mobile Hybrid User Interface or by integrating their Android or iPhone native mobile apps to the open API.
Once a check is captured with the Payology Mobile Check Capture app, it instantly rotates, crops, and saves check images. The app then extracts and converts all check data using a multi-tiered OCR technology, mapping the values to Salesforce fields and records.
