Docusplit is a native Salesforce application that allows users to annotate, redact, split documents, select pages and instantly assign them to a record without ever leaving Salesforce. Save multiple page documents to a record or take a multiple page document and split it into individually saved documents.
With Docusplit, users can upload files from their computer, scan documents using a flatbed or desktop scanner, or open PDF or image files from within Salesforce. Users can also upload email attachments (via Salesforce email queues), which ensures sensitive documents are never saved on local devices.
Docusplit can be configured to apply channel-specific document types to their corresponding Salesforce records, streamlining the saving process. Docusplit allows users to designate dynamic naming conventions per document type to automatically generate file names as well as adding default or custom meta keywords to ensure all files are searchable throughout Salesforce. Object fields can be added and configured to the Docusplit user interface to increase efficiency and automation.
Docusplit supports all TWAIN and WIA drivers.
